PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data obtained by the Online Shop www.ziba.pl (hereinafter referred to as "Shop").

The owner of the Shop and also the Personal Data Administrator is Zbigniew Zięba conducting business under the name Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe ZiBA based in Sianów (76-004), Armii Polskiej Street 34/3, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity conducted by the Minister of Economy at 1607 , NIP: 6691701902, Regon: 330914173, (hereinafter referred to as Ziba).

Ziba makes special care to respect the privacy of customers visiting the shop.

§ 1 How do we collect data?

 

1.

Ziba collects information on natural persons who conduct business or professional activity on their own behalf (hereinafter referred to as Entrepreneurs), as well as data on natural persons conducting legal transactions not related directly to their activities, hereinafter referred to collectively as Clients.

 

2.

Customer's personal data is collected in the case of the Customer's registration in the Shop by creating a Customer Account and in the event that Customer's make a one-off purchase without having to create an Account in the Shop.

 

3.

In the case of registration of an Account in the Shop, the Customer only provides his e-mail address and independently sets the password to access the Account in the Shop. If the Customer who has an Account in the Shop wants to make a purchase is asked to supplement his data with:

 

a)

name and surname;

 

b)

address (street, house / flat number, zip code and town);

 

c)

phone number;

 

d)

In the case of Entrepreneurs, the above data scope is additionally extended to the Entrepreneur's company and its NIP.

 

4.

The above data may be independently changed by the Customer after logging into the Customer Account.

 

5.

In the case of placing a single order in the Online Shop, the scope of data necessary to indicate by customers is the same. Customers provide the following data:

 

a)

e-mail adress;

 

b)

name and surname;

 

c)

address (street, house / flat number, zip code and town);

 

d)

phone number;

 

e)

In the case of Entrepreneurs, the above data scope is additionally extended to the Entrepreneur's company and its NIP.

In the case of personal contact of the customer with the shop (electronic message, telephone, chat, etc.), the following information is provided:

 

a)

e-mail adress;

 

b)

name and surname;

 

c)

address (street, house / flat number, zip code and town);

 

d)

phone number;

 

e)

In the case of Entrepreneurs, the above data scope is additionally extended to the Entrepreneur's company and its NIP.

 

7.

When using the Shop websites, additional information is automatically downloaded (IP address assigned to your computer or external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, type of operating system).

 

8.

Customers may also collect navigation data, including information about links and links in which they choose to click or other activities undertaken in our Shop.

§ 2 How do we use the collected data?

If the Customer Account Registration is made in the Shop, the Customer data is used to: create an individual Customer Account and manage this account and provide the opportunity to make purchases in the Shop, including the implementation of orders and their delivery. If you make a purchase in the Shop, personal data may be provided to the Supplier, i.e .:

 

a)

Delivery company;

 

b)

Polish Post SA based in Warsaw.

 

2.

In the event that the Customer selects the payment for the ordered Goods via the PayU system, his personal data will be transferred to the extent necessary for the implementation of the Sale Agreement to PayU S.A. based in Poznań.

 

3.

If the Customer selects payment for the ordered Goods via the mtransfer website, his personal data will be provided to the extent necessary for the implementation of the Contract of sale to BRE Bank S.A. based in Warsaw.

 

4.

In the event that the Customer selects payment for the ordered Goods via przelewy24.pl, his personal data will be provided to the extent necessary for the implementation of the DialCom24 Sp. z o.o. based in Poznań.

 

5.

In the event that the Customer selects payment for the ordered Goods via the ecard.pl website, his personal data will be provided to the extent necessary for the implementation of the eCard S.A. based in Gdańsk.

 

6.

The navigation data can be used to provide customers with better service, analysis of statistical data and adaptation of the Shop to the preferences of customers, as well as the administration of the Shop.

§ 3 The mechanism of cookies, IP address

 

1.

The shop uses small files, called cookies. They are saved by Ziba on the visitor's computer, if the web browser allows it. A cookie file usually contains the domain name from which it comes, its "expiration time" and an individual, randomly selected number identifying this file.The information collected using such files help adapt products offered by Ziba to individual preferences and real needs of visitors to the shop. also the possibility of developing general statistics of visits of the presented products in the Shop.

Ziba uses two types of cookies:

 

a)

Session cookies: after completing a session of a given browser or turning off the computer, stored information is removed from the device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the client's computer.

 

b)

Persistent cookies: they are stored in the memory of the Customer's end device and remain there until they are deleted. The mechanism of persistent cookies, sent by the Shop, allows you to store data allowing the correct operation of the Shop and its functions.

 

3.

Ziba uses its own cookies in order to:

 

a)

customer authentication in the shop and ensure customer session in the shop (after logging in), thanks to which the customer does not have to enter the login and password on each subpage of the shop;

 

b)

analysis and research, and audience audit, in particular to create anonymous statistics that help to understand how the Shop's customers use the Shop's Website, which allows improving its structure and content.

Ziba uses external cookies to:

 

a)

popularizing the Shop using the facebook.com social network service (external cookies administrator: Facebook Inc based in the USA or Facebook Ireland based in Ireland);

 

b)

popularizing the Shop using the social website plus.google.com (administrator of external cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA);

 

c)

presenting advertisements tailored to the Customer's preferences using the Doubleclick.net advertising web tool (external cookie administrator: Google Inc based in the USA);

 

d)

collecting general and anonymous static data via analytical tools of Google Analytics (external cookie administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA);

 

e)

the presentation of the Reliable Certificate Regulations via the rzetelnyregulamin.pl website (administrator of external cookies: B2B Consulting Sp. o.o. based in Warsaw).

The mechanism of cookies is safe for computers of the shop customer's. In particular, this way it is not possible to get viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software onto your computers. However, in their browsers, Customers have the option of limiting or disabling access of cookies to computers. If you use this option, the use of the Shop will be possible, in addition to functions that, by their nature, require cookies.

Ziba can collect your IP addresses. An IP address is a number assigned to a computer of a visitor to the Shop by an ISP. The IP number allows access to the Internet. In most cases, it is assigned dynamically to the computer, i.e. it changes every time you connect to the Internet and is therefore commonly regarded as non-person identifying information. The IP address is used by Ziba in diagnosing technical problems with the server, creating statistical analyzes (eg determining in which regions we note the most visits), as information useful in administering and improving the Shop, as well as for security purposes and possible identification of server-burdening, undesirable automatic programs for viewing the contents of the Shop.

 

8.

The shop contains links and links to other websites. Ziba is not responsible for the privacy practices applicable to them. For this reason, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the privacy policy adopted therein after going through the Shop to a site managed by another administrator.

§ 4 Access to the data

Only authorized Ziba employees have direct access to personal data collected by the Shop.

Your data may also be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, in particular competent judicial authorities and entities indicated in the section: "How do we use the collected data?"

Ziba provides clients who have a Customer Account uninterrupted access to their data and the possibility of modifying them at any time. In order to make modifications, you must log in to the Customer Account in the Shop. The customer has the option of removing personal data from the data set in the event of termination of the contract for the provision of services by electronic means. Ziba may refuse to delete the Customer's data if this has violated the Shop's terms and conditions, and the retention of the data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and determine liability, in particular, Ziba's claims from a given Customer.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, you can delete your e-mail address from the mailing list by selecting the appropriate function after logging in to the Customer Account in the Shop.

§ 5 Security

Ziba applies safeguards to ensure data protection against loss, misuse and modification. Ziba undertakes to protect all your data in accordance with security and confidentiality standards.

Personal data in Ziba is protected in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Dz.U.2014.1182, p.) In a way that prevents access to third parties.

 

3.

Ziba never sends any correspondence, including electronic correspondence, with a request to provide login data, in particular an access password to the Customer Account. Such information is also not made available through traditional correspondence, by e-mail or by phone.

§ 6 Changes to the Privacy Policy

 

1.

Ziba reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. On the day the changes are made, we update the date of the last correction listed below.
